Auction - It’s time to start collecting items for our classroom auction basket with a camping theme! We can use big items such as a tent, cooler, sleeping bags, chairs, as well as smaller camping items to make an awesome basket. You may contribute money if you are unsure what to get. Auction is May 8.
Roaring Springs Reading Incentive Program – Keep reading and earn a Roaring Springs day pass by reading 600 minutes between now and April 15. Please remember, school assignments do not count. Keep track of minutes on the form provided. Let me know if you need additional forms.
Talent Show –Your children did a great job! It was fun to watch them perform.
Chapel –Chapel is on Mondays. Proper chapel dress is required. Girls, it’s warm enough to wear skirts, skorts, and jumpers again.
Chapel Offerings for the third quarter will go to Lutheran World Relief for relief efforts in Haiti. Please give generously.
Bible Our Bible stories are leading up to the death and resurrection of Jesus. The stories are “Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane” and “Jesus’ Trials”.

Spelling Words Grade 2 Test is on Thursday, March 18. This is a review unit so there are lots of words. boxes, beaches, wishes, dresses, grapes, children, cot, face, goal, gym, city, page, saw, draw, call, fall, yawn, log, book, soon, grew, room, you, who, town, shout, down, loud, could, should
Reading- Please sign the daily reading sheet for the decodable books and return the book, bag, and paper on Thursday.
